Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Christopher Armstrong graduated cum laude from the University of Akron with a B.A. in History before earning his law degree with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1989.

Mike Bibb is a lifelong Marylander with a career rooted in public service and community leadership. He began his career as a correctional officer in Prince George's County and dedicated 20 years as a volunteer firefighter.

Marvin Foster's story is rooted in perseverance, community, and service. After moving to Talbot County from Belle Glade, Florida in 1995 as a teenager searching for direction, Marvin found more than just a place to live — he found a community that helped shape his future.

Pete Lesher is in his second term on Talbot County Council and currently serves as Council Vice President.
